In development · applications open

The engine behind the platform’s next step.

The Revenue Engine is the whole picture after the call: which marketing produced which lead, which lead became a paid job, and what that job was worth, down to the campaign. It is not for sale yet, and applications to be part of the first builds are open now. It is built on the calls, quotes and leads the live services already collect.

Lead Generation is by invitation, and quote recovery and the front desk are live today. The Revenue Engine is in private development and is not yet generally available.

What it is being built to answer

What it is being built to answer.

Each answer reuses the calls, forms and customer history the live services already collect.

  1. Where each lead came from

Every lead tied back to where it came from, down to the campaign.

  2. What each job was worth

A job tracked from first call to paid, so you can see what a lead is actually worth.

  3. Where to spend next

What to spend more on and what to stop, with the evidence behind every number.

Where each piece stands

Honest about what is live and what is coming.

By invitation

Lead Generation

Offered by invitation, under your own agreement, and put together by hand. A person here reads public pages and builds you a list of the businesses that fit the work you want, with the page each row came from and the day it was read. You decide every row, and nobody on the list is contacted by us.

Quote Recovery

The quotes you already sent, followed up when they go quiet past your threshold: the day they go stale, four days on and eleven days on, each email with your name on it and your approval before it goes. Live, sold as the Quote-Chase Engine.

Missed-Call Recovery, Get-Paid Autopilot and Review Engine

A missed caller gets one text back during business hours. Overdue invoices get a gentle reminder, then a firm one, and at three weeks you are told instead. Each finished job gets one review request, released by a person. Live, each on a published price.

What could recovered opportunities be worth?

This is an illustrative estimate using assumptions you enter. It is not a guarantee of results.

Illustrative estimate using editable assumptions. Not a guarantee. Formula: leads per week x 4.33 x real share x average job value x close rate.

The first Revenue Engine build

This is development work, not a product you can buy.

The front desk is a live product on a published monthly price. The Revenue Engine is not: it is in development, and the first builds are applied for rather than bought. Applying is a conversation about whether your business is a sensible place to build it first.

  • Scoped small on purpose: one location, one service line and one advertising channel, with each lead from it followed to a paid job.
  • You own and fund your own advertising account. Advertising, telephony, messaging, and data are disclosed pass-through costs you pay directly.
  • There is no published Revenue Engine price and no standing offer. Commercial terms are scoped and confirmed in writing before anything starts, or there is no engagement.
  • No minimum number of leads, appointments, or revenue is guaranteed, and none is implied by anything on this page.
  • Founder-led, and accepted on fit and onboarding capacity rather than on order of arrival.

Nothing here is a price list. Your front desk plan, if you have one, is unaffected by any of this: it stays its own published plan, with a monthly you can cancel yourself from the portal at any time, because there is no minimum term and no notice period on anything.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can I buy the Revenue Engine today?

Not yet. It is in private development, applications to be part of the first builds are open, with no clients onboarded yet. Everything live today, from the front desk to quote recovery, is on the pricing page with its price, and Lead Generation is offered by invitation.

How is this different from the front desk?

The front desk answers your phone and is live today on a published price. The Revenue Engine is unreleased development work on attribution: tying each lead to the marketing that produced it and following it to a paid job, using your own advertising account. Nothing about it is sold or priced yet.

Do you guarantee more revenue?

No. You control capacity, pricing, service delivery, and close rate. We measure and report the results honestly. The calculator above is an illustration, not a promise.

Who owns the advertising account?

It would stay yours. Nothing about this runs today. If it is built for your business, you keep the advertising account and fund it directly, and nothing is spent or changed on it without your approval.

What does it cost?

Nothing is priced. There is no Revenue Engine price, and none will be published until it is built and measured. Everything live today has its price on the pricing page.
