Who we are
This service is operated by Nevamis AI Inc., a federal corporation based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We handle personal information under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where it applies. This page is written to be read, not to hide things, and it is not legal advice.
What this website collects
This website does not use advertising trackers and does not set non-essential cookies. It stores two small things in your browser, and neither ever leaves your device: your motion on/off choice, and a short-lived note that you tapped a call button, so that when you come back to the tab we can offer the obvious next step once instead of asking again. Fonts are self-hosted on nevamis.ca, so viewing this site sends no requests to Google or any other font provider. We count page views and button clicks first-party on our own systems to understand what works: each count records only the event name, the page path, the referring site’s hostname, and campaign tags. No cookies, no IP addresses, and no identifiers are stored, and the counts never leave Nevamis.
When you call the demo line
Calls to (587) 413-0035 are handled by an AI voice agent running on third-party telephony and voice platforms. Call audio, transcripts, and any details you share (such as your name or callback number) are processed to run the conversation and to follow up with you if you ask us to. Do not share sensitive personal information on the demo line.
When you book a call
Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider (Cal.com). The information you enter there (name, email, and anything you add) is used to run the meeting and follow up. Their own privacy terms apply to their processing.
When you email us
Email to Sales@nevamis.ca is used to reply to you. We do not sell contact information.
Where your data is processed
To run the demo, scheduling, voice, and email, we use trusted service providers that may store and process personal information in the United States and other countries. This means your information may be handled outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those countries. We use providers that offer commercially reasonable safeguards, and we share only what is needed to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
Website preferences stay on your device only. Contact and scheduling details are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable follow-up period, then removed. Demo-line audio and transcripts are used to run and improve the demo. They are kept by our voice provider, and a summary and written record may also be kept on our own systems, until you ask us to delete them. We have not yet set a fixed period after which they are deleted automatically, and this page will say so when we do. We keep only what we need for the purposes described here.
Your rights: see, correct, or delete your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Sales@nevamis.ca and we will respond within 30 days. We will delete information from the systems we control and ask our providers to delete their copies, except where we are required to keep something by law.
When you have a Nevamis account
If your business signs up, we hold your business name, the contact details of the people you give access to, and a record of when they sign in. We hold the configuration you give us — your hours, services, prices and the answers you want the agent to give. We hold the calls the agent handles on your behalf, and the leads and bookings it produces, so we can deliver them to you and bill for the minutes used; the written agreement sets out how long those are kept and how to get them back or have them deleted. Billing is handled by Stripe, and we do not hold your card details.
If you refer another business to us, we record which business referred which, so we can apply the reward. We do not ask you for their contact details and we do not email anyone on the strength of a referral — you send them the link yourself.
If you put your business forward for something we have not built yet, we record which one you asked about, who asked, and anything you typed in the box, so we can come back to you about it. That is a waiting list and nothing else: it is not an order, there is no price attached, and it does not change what we hold about your calls or your customers.
Some of the things we are working on would involve a kind of information we do not handle today — an assistant that helps with your email would need access to your inbox, for example. We will not start handling a new kind of information without asking you first and updating this page to say so. Being on a waiting list is not that permission, and nothing on this page grants it in advance.
For businesses using Nevamis
Businesses deploying a Nevamis agent on their own phone line are the party responsible for the caller notices, recording disclosure, and consent appropriate to their jurisdiction. We provide the configuration and guidance; the business decides its recording settings and gives callers notice. A written agreement sets out who is responsible for what.
