Lead Generation is by invitation, and a short call is where it starts. Every plan below runs the same front desk that answers your line and a portal that shows what every call produced, built with you and tuned over time. A one-time Launch & Implementation fee starts the build, then your plan's monthly price is charged the day you start and every month after; past the start, the only recurring charges are the monthly and any overage past your included minutes.

Every plan starts with a one-time Launch & Implementation fee: the discovery call, configuration, testing and go-live are real work and they are priced in the open, not hidden in the monthly. It is collected once, at the start, beside your first month. After that, your plan's monthly price is charged on the same day every month, and past the start the only recurring charges are that monthly and any overage past your included minutes. There is no trial to convert out of.
There is no minimum term. Your plan, and every add-on whether you buy it on its own or add it later, is month to month from the first month: cancel any time from your own portal, service running to the end of the month you already paid for, and your price locked for 12 months from signing. The one-time Launch & Implementation fee, charged once beside your first month, is the only commitment you make.

Performance Partnership · C$350/month, by invitation
Offered by invitation and approval, where Nevamis takes on substantially more of the acquisition risk; it is not the default and not self-serve. C$2,500 Launch & Implementation to start, then C$350 a month. It is the plan that carries the growth stack, and each item on it is a separate choice that changes what the plan costs: Lead Generation on the Performance Partnership is paid by an agreed share of collected revenue directly attributable to a business Nevamis found, subject to your agreement, and it is offered by invitation rather than sold from a page; the Quote-Chase Engine on the Performance Partnership is paid by an agreed share of collected revenue directly attributable to a quote Nevamis recovered, subject to your agreement; Missed-Call Recovery, Get-Paid Autopilot and Review Engine add their own one-time Launch & Implementation fee and their own monthly, at the prices listed below; Search Rankings is coming and is not sold. 250 included AI minutes · C$1.10 per extra minute.

C$3,000 Launch & Implementation to start, then C$2,100 a month. The whole engine: the AI Front Desk plus every sellable automation (missed-call recovery, quote-chase, get-paid, review requests), priced under the sum of its parts. No performance fee. 1,400 included AI minutes · C$0.75 per extra minute.
AI Front Desk · C$1,000/month, recommended
C$1,500 Launch & Implementation to start, then C$1,000 a month. The front desk on its own: it answers every call, and each automation is its own sale you can add whenever it earns its place. No performance fee. 1,400 included AI minutes · C$0.75 per extra minute.
The AI Front Desk is the same core system on every plan. Plans differ by which automations are included and, on the Partnership, whether Nevamis shares in the revenue it helps create. A one-time Launch & Implementation fee starts the build; after that, past the start, the only recurring charges are the monthly, any add-ons you chose, and any overage past your included minutes. Enterprise (multi-location, custom integrations, custom data pipelines) is quoted per client: Launch & Implementation starting at C$5,000 or custom quoted, recurring custom. Automation add-ons
Each automation is its own product and its own sale: buy one on its own, or add it beside a plan, one at a time. The four sellable ones are already included in The Works. On the Performance Partnership they are the growth stack, and two of them are paid out of what they produce instead of a monthly: see the Partnership above.
- Lead Generation · offered by invitation, not yet sellable from a page · businesses that fit what you do, found for you, with the page each one came from and what came of it. Nobody on the list is contacted by us, and you decide every row.
- Quote-Chase Engine · C$500/month · C$750 Launch & Implementation to start, then C$500 a month · every estimate that goes quiet gets followed up: the day it stales, day four, day eleven, each touch approved by you.
- Missed-Call Recovery · C$350/month · C$500 Launch & Implementation to start, then C$350 a month · a caller you missed gets one text back, during business hours, with your name on it and a working opt-out.
- Get-Paid Autopilot · C$500/month · C$750 Launch & Implementation to start, then C$500 a month · overdue invoices get a gentle nudge, a firm one a week later, and at three weeks you get told instead.
- Review Engine · C$300/month · C$500 Launch & Implementation to start, then C$300 a month · one review request by text per finished job, with your own review link, every request released by a person.
- Search Rankings · coming · better search rankings for the work you want more of. Nothing is built for it yet, so it has no price and is not sold.
- Customer Reactivation · coming · a win-back campaign over your own past-customer list. Not sellable until it ships end to end.

How usage works
A connected AI minute starts when the AI answers a connected call and ends when the AI portion of the call ends.
- Failed calls that never connect are not counted.
- Wrong numbers or spam that reach the AI consume usage, because the system handled them.
- Usage alerts at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of included minutes, in your portal.
- Near the limit you choose: automatic overage, fallback answering, or a hard cap.

The free month is earned when the business you referred pays their first invoice, and it comes off your next bill.
Clients get their own link in the portal. Send it yourself: we never email somebody just because you named them.
