The 7-day live pilot
Seven live days. Zero dollars. You judge.
Your AI receptionist, built for your business and live on your real after-hours line. No card. No automatic billing. On day eight it ends unless you say otherwise.
The strategy call is the application. Every pilot is built and reviewed by the founder, so we accept a limited number at a time.
Exactly how it works
The honest fine print, in plain language.
Included in every pilot
- Discovery call and call-flow mapping
- One standard inbound call flow, built around your business
- One business phone line (after-hours or overflow forwarding)
- One booking calendar connection when compatible
- Your FAQs, service area, and approved qualification questions
- Approved transfer or message fallback
- Customer confirmations and owner summaries
- Standard testing before you go live
- One revision during the week
- Pilot-end results review
Not included (quoted separately if needed)
- Multiple locations or departments
- CRM builds and custom software
- Outbound campaigns or bulk messaging
- Payment collection or binding quotes
- Emergency dispatch, medical, legal, or regulated advice
- Unlimited call volume
- Number porting during the pilot
- When does the seven-day clock start?
- When your pilot goes live on your line, not when you apply. We confirm the exact start and end time (Edmonton time) before activation.
- What are the limits?
- Up to 60 connected AI minutes or 30 connected calls, whichever comes first. At the cap the pilot pauses or falls back to your voicemail. That keeps the pilot honest for both sides.
- Who is eligible?
- Legitimate businesses evaluating Nevamis for their own inbound calls, with authority to forward the business line, in an industry we can safely support. One pilot per business within 12 months. High-risk or regulated uses need a separate conversation.
- What do you need from me?
- Plan for one 30 to 45 minute discovery call, a short information review, and one test-and-approval session. Nevamis handles the build.
- What happens on day eight?
- The pilot ends and forwarding stops. Nothing is charged, nothing renews. You get a results report: calls handled, minutes used, what was booked, captured, or transferred. If you want to continue, you pick a plan and we set up production properly. Silence never becomes a subscription.
- What if a caller has an emergency, or the AI does not know?
- The pilot uses safe fallbacks you approve: transfer to your on-call number, take a message, flag the summary urgent, or fall back to your voicemail. The AI never invents answers outside your approved rules.
- What happens to the call data?
- Call details exist to run your pilot: summaries to you, confirmations to callers. Recording and transcript settings are decided with you before launch. If you do not continue, pilot data is retained only per our privacy policy, then deleted.
Founding clients: the first five businesses that continue after their pilot get the setup fee waived, in exchange for honest feedback and permission to ask for a review.
A real limit, not marketing: founder-led onboarding caps how many builds can run at once.
